The Senior Account Manager is responsible for project execution from initiation to delivery. The Senior Account Manager will proactively run programs independently while maintaining a team player attitude and delivering on client expectations. The Senior Account Manager, a pivotal role in our operations, will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our marketing strategies, focusing on digital channels and experiential marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.Main Responsibilities:Help build strategic communications plans, including digital marketing, and content strategy/marketing. Drive the planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, including events, activations, and immersive brand experiences, to create memorable interactions with our target audience. Primary point of contact for clients daily and participate in client meetings and status calls.Manage daily project deliverables and critical paths while updating clients on account activityWriting informed briefs that articulate the strategic and business imperatives Manage internal and external teams and be the spokesperson on behalf of the clientsLead the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities, solutions, and value proposition.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement.Developing/maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinating efforts of the projects between creative, studio, clients, programmers etc. and managing/adjusting prioritiesSupport event planning efforts within the team, including supplier relations, logistics, on-site event management Responsible for timely and accurate execution of each assigned campaign solutionYou will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the client's business Effectively cost client projects and manage budgetsSkills and qualifications: Strong written and verbal skills and confident style in communicating with teammates and colleaguesSolid and confident presentation and interpersonal skillsEvent management and related logistics experienceStrong digital accumanA high degree of attention to detail in all areas, from performing research to crafting client- and public-facing materialsProven ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines using strong organizational skills within a fast-paced agency environmentSelf-motivated, takes initiative and follows through - anticipates account team and client needsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsPositive, professional, and competent attitudeProficiency with Mac and word based programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Marketing Services,Advertising Services
