Senior Building Operator

Your new companyYou will be working for an established privately owned real estate investment, development, and management company who own and operate a mixed portfolio across Vancouver. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Building Operator to join the team.Your new roleYou will work alongside an established team and be responsible for managing a LEED Accredited portfolio comprising of retail and office space. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will pride yourself on not only your technical skills, but your ability to provide a best in class service to commercial tenants.This role would suit someone who enjoys all aspects of building operations, including PPM/RM, Tenant Relations, Contractor Management, Reporting, Supporting and leading junior engineers.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Commercial Building Operator, managing retail, office, mixed use buildings. Supervisory experience & 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate are advantageous.
