Let's continue the successful journey together!The Exciting Position:Reporting to the Western Canada Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for achieving targeted sales goals and objectives within the defined territory. This highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the medical aesthetics industry will use their prospective and consultative selling skills to acquire new business-driving results in a rapidly growing market.This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fast-growing company with a dynamic and exciting team! SharpLight offers a competitive salary, commission and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Conduct a wide range of initiatives to prospect and secure new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics market.Create a pipeline for proximal & and distal prospective sales.Utilize a consultative selling approach, along with supplying technical support and resources to surpass sales quota.Deliver presentations in a clear and concise tone, with confidence & and extreme knowledge.Identify the difference between prospects & and suspects.Continue to build & and strengthen client and industry relationships to establish a significant referral list.Provide weekly pipeline reporting and sales opportunity updates to management.Update the Business Development team as to the quality of scheduled company-generated meetings.Keep track of expenses.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, selling strategies etc.Provide periodic follow-up calls or answer incoming communications from clients supporting questions or concerns they have or directing them to the appropriate division.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making management recommendations.Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and hosting educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.Skills & QualificationsThe Superstar:We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, energetic, and has relevant experience in a previous role in sales.
