We have a unique opportunity within our sales team for an Advanced Technologies Sales Representative to support the Ontario market. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that brings strong industry knowledge with a proven track record.What's in it for you?Competitive base salary plus commission. Paid monthly.Minimal overnight travel compared to other medical device companies and positionsResults driven - run your business to it's highest potentialGroup BenefitsGroup RRSP that is 100% employer matchedCompetitive Car Allowance with gas reimbursementOn-line wellness toolsFantastic team of experienced individualsWhat Are You Responsible For?Sale of advanced technology products such as lasers, ultrasound, and OCT to the ophthalmic industry (private practice & hospitals)Provide technical assistance and operator training, as requiredProactively prospect, qualify and forecast opportunities in the assigned territory, including timely follow-up on inbound leads from trade shows and other corporate marketing effortsManage sales opportunities from start to finish including product evaluations, negotiation / close, installation and follow-upDocument all customer-related activities and opportunities in the CRM databasePrepare and submit territory forecasts and business plans as required / requestedAcquire and maintain a strong base of knowledge regarding customers, products and applications, as well as the competitive landscapeMeet / exceed both revenue and non-revenue targets as outlined in the annual performance planTravel throughout the Ontario market and periodic travel outside of territory for training, trade shows and other events as requiredWhat do you need to be Successful?2 to 3 years of Capital Sales experience. Experience within medical or ophthalmic fields would be an assetProven success in prospecting and developing a business strategyProven experience in organizing sales calls and schedules, and evidence of detailed reportingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional skills in developing and maintaining client relationshipsStrong technical aptitude with proven ability to learn and proficiently demonstrate complex products and/or solutionsHighly motivated, results oriented, high energy team player that interfaces well at all levels within the organization demonstrated through well developed interpersonal skillsProficient with office productivity software including Microsoft OfficeExposure to a CRM like Salesforce and/or SAP would be beneficialValid driver's license and own transportation is requiredINNOVA is an equal opportunity employer.
