100% Remote Position We're looking to hire a Senior eCommerce Manager who understands Shopify Plus Development and has experience managing multiple Shopify development teams and projects.Base Salary: $120,000.00 CADPerformance-Based Bonus Structure: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 CADExpected Total Salary in First Year: $160,000.00 to $200,000.00 CADAbout Arctic Grey:www.arcticgrey.comFull Job Description: We are looking for someone to take our service to the next level as we scale up our business. We build and maintain Shopify Plus stores for firms in a wide range of industries. Proper email etiquette is essential to us as that will be the primary means of communication. You will have daily Video Meetings Monday - Friday with clients to go over their projects. You will then be responsible for taking detailed notes and providing clear instructions to our design & development teams.  It will then be crucial to review every task in detail with the team before delivering the final work to the client. The goal is to complete updates perfectly the first time before presenting any work to our clients. So the quality control process is fundamental in our workflow. Our goal is to give clients high-quality, fast, & dependable work. Our websites are optimized, modern, fast, mobile-ready, and pass audits and speed tests. Designers and developers are on staff, but a great design eye with proper & current web design standards is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Supervise multiple teams of web professionals by managing appropriate task assignments and cheerful customer and team experiences, including top-quality control processes.Daily Video Conferences with Clients, Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET (New York Time Zone) Daily Email Communication with Clients, Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET (New York Time Zone) Daily Slack Communication with Teams you Manage about active projects.Weekly meetings with Teams you Manage to review all active projects and give the week's syllabus.Lead the building process of a website by working with a team of graphic designers and engineers.Oversee communication, scheduling, budgets, requests, and priorities; coordinate with our team to ensure we exceed the client's expectations.Work to find and solve any problems with a web project's function by implementing testing processes and working with technical staff to address any issues.Aim to meet all project goals within a pre-determined budget and deadline.Generate periodic project status reports, which include detailed data, tasks, and processes to clients.Be accountable for the quality execution of strategy, creative, and technical development across projects.Craft or research solutions for clients & their store, branding, or other website presence issues. (Researching the best app for a particular feature, finding tools that would benefit the client, contacting and working with various app support to resolve client store issues) Everyday tasks will include, but not be limited to: Communicating with team members & clients throughout the day (our working hours are 9 am to 5 pm ET Monday - Friday)Answer questions and manage requests from clientsManaging and setting up new projects and creating work plans for the team so everyone knows what they're responsible for each day.Support, plan, and coordinate Shopify projects QA.Review client instructions or goals with our completed work, checking for misspellings, spacing, colors, and design feel (UX). Compare client instructions with work completed and write a small summary (few sentences) of the work completed.Creating and maintaining documentation for future project managers for training Requirements: At least 3 years of experience managing eCommerce projects in a creative setting remotely.Advanced understanding of Shopify Plus. Ability to handle all non-coding Shopify tasks.
