Accounts Receivable Associate

What you will do:Review and analysis of aged accounts to determine next stepsInvestigation of unapplied paymentsRegular reconciliation of customer accountsProcess account adjustments as requiredAssist with cleaning aged trial balance for assigned accountsRegular review of customer aging status and reporting to managementRespond to inquiries from internal and external customersTimely collection of outstanding receivablesEngage with Management and sales team on Accounts Receivable issuesMaintain and update customer information as neededOther duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma3-5 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable and CollectionsStrong customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsExperience with clean-up projectsProven ability to accurately handle high volume of transactions, meet deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Great Plains is an AssetHigh degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word)Application Process:Please visit our Careers page by clicking on the link below and submit your application for further consideration.https://wash.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/washCoinamatic is an equal opportunity employer.
