The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and able to handle customer inquiries through email, text message, phone call, and social media channels. The position requires fluency in English, and French is an strong asset.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as email, text message, phone call, and social media platforms.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, while ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.Accurately log customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed.Act as a liaison between customers and the company to provide accurate information and solutions to any issues that may arise.Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team members.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with French being a strong asset.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with computer applications and social media platforms.Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and the opportunity for growth and development within the company.If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter to us.
