They act as the senior manager in these areas directly reporting to the Hotel Manager . Their primary focus is to ensure that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved . Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs, then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
