Our client in Bloemfontein is a dynamic and growing company in the Agricultural Training and Development field. They are looking for a Academic Manger to join their team.
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary degree in Agriculture
Computer literate
Comprehensive understanding of pedagogical principles and academic management practices
Understanding of the SAQA, SETA and QCTO processes
Necessary management- and leadership skills to lead an Academic Training Department
Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Responsibilities:
Targeted management of the academic training functions, online and residential
Development of existing and new training programs
Guidance and advice to satellite campuses
Act as Moderator
Student communication and liaison
Professional development of facilitators to ensure high-quality training
Planning, coordination and control of projects
Liaison with existing clients to whom we provide a training service
Salary : R25 000 - R30 000 depending on experience and qualification
