General Manager Cleaning Services

They are looking for a strategic General Manager who will be heading up the cleaning services department. With a staff complement of 3,000, the successful incumbent will have stellar leadership skills, guiding the Regional Managers based in Cape Town and Durban and acting as a Regional Manager themselves for Gauteng. For this position you will be running all the aspects of the division, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Manage client and stakeholder interaction.Ensure service delivery in relation to Service Level Agreements.Turn leads brought on by the Business Development team into deals.Interact with the Key Account Managers on all reconciliation and items impacted by Operations.Develop and manage operational budgets and cost projections.Act as a functional leader for developing operations management, and service talent.In your career arsenal will be a relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Business Management or Finance, coupled with 10 years' experience within the property / facilities services space. It is essential that you have business management experience leading a division which generates more than R150million in annual turnover.
