Manoir Hovey, a 5 star Relais & Châteaux Inn on the shores of Lake Massawippi, is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team.
Under the direction of the Spa Director, the Spa Receptionist's main duties will be to :
Warmly welcome Spa clients, check them in and explain the services available.
Ensure that the customer experience is up to our standards
Take reservations over the phone and process reservations from the online reservation system appropriately
Anticipate each guest's expectations in order to provide personalized service
Inform the client of our care and products that will fully meet their needs over the phone, in person and by email
Ensure billing compliance upon departure. Ensure that their stay was up to their expectations
Answer customer questions, both on the phone and in emails.
Resolve difficulties with enthusiasm and empathy
Ensure 5-star service in accordance with Relais & Châteaux standards at all times
Requirements
Excellent presentation and hospitality skills
Professional attitudes and behaviour (teamwork skills, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, initiative, organizational skills, etc.)
Fluency in French and English. Fluency in other languages is an asset
Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Drive Gmail, etc.)
