• Act as a hotel ambassador at alltimes.• Deliver luggage to the guest roomwithin 7 minutes.• Ability to exert physicaleffort in placing, removing and transporting guestluggage• Deliver messages, packages andfacsimiles within 7 minutes of receipt• Delivernewspapers to all guest rooms• Remove luggagefrom guest rooms upon check out• Answerdepartment telephone within 4 rings, using correct salutations andtelephone etiquette• Deliver items toguestrooms promptly to include: Messages, Mail & Faxes,Packages, Flowers, Sundry items requested by guests, and Gift items& Amenities• Polish brass luggage cartsand maintain cleanliness of carts• Ability toperform job functions with minimalsupervision
