Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT services against defined service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address IT service delivery gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks, including ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an effective IT governance framework.
- Lead initiatives to optimize IT processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Provide guidance and support to IT teams in implementing best practices for incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on ITSM and governance performance metrics and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification is good to have.
- Around 5 years of experience in IT service management, governance, or related fields.
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully leading ITSM and governance projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
