Conveyancing Assistant & Administrator

Property management company are looking for a part time Conveyancing Assistant & Administrator who is based local to Merry Hill Centre for an immediate start at their Brierley Hill office near Dudley. The ideal candidate must have previous experience with a strong organisation background in a professional environment, who is passionate about doing a great job. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations at all times
- Manage telephone, letter, email etc enquiries.
- Able to read, understand and interpret site plans, Leases, Transfers and legal documents
- Able to collate information to answer enquiries
- Liaise with colleagues on matters that have a direct/indirect effect on enquiries
- Prepare enquiry packs and manage conveyancing files including follow ups
- General offices duties including data processing
- Have excellent experience in customer service and managing work loads
- Able to work using own initiative as well as working well as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Work accurately and methodically whilst keeping deadlines
- Have a good telephone manner and be confident speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel with good spelling and grammar
- Be highly organised and presentable
- A positive can do attitude
