Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
- Prepare dimensional inspection or reliability test for new approval part.
- Handle on new approval part submission to headquarter for approval in order mass production.
- Dealt with Production on the Gantt chart for QA full inspection report or testing certificate submission date.
- Participate in evaluation activity to determine the full dimensional inspection, SPC and CPK data study.
- Support Senior QA engineer to collect data and prepare the analysis report.
- Liaise with Production personnel on in-process quality issues and improvement activities carry out.
- Reporting the measurement data result to Senior QA engineer for review.
- Involve in the problem-solving activities on customer complaint or internal quality issues.
- Support Senior QA engineer for any countermeasure action taken.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the superior within the defined scope as above and competencies.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ISO is an added advantage.
- Strong in problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in minimum supervision.
- At least 1 year of QA experience in related with any QA field.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ HND Diploma, bachelor’s degree in electronic or electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
