Job Purpose: Responsible for OT (Operational Technology) solutions which are deployed at GSK Pakistan site. Act as the cybersecurity SME for OT systems and solutions such as: Lead Cybersecurity strategies for OT Systems Lead automation design on projects Maintain and ensure standards. Manage OT lifecycle and OT cybersecurity. Introduce innovation through new technology ensuring business benefit. Education & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering ( Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic/ Computer Science Engineering, or Automation Engineering ) Min. 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of automation or cybersecurity Use OE tools to identify improved ways of working Cyber Security awareness Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and with teams In depth knowledge and expertise in automation area. Knowledge in defense in depth concept and OT cybersecurity standards Ability to prepare training content and deliver training session In depth understanding of GMPs, familiarity with local regulations and guidelines. Good knowledge of quality and risk management principles and tools. Familiarity with Project Management principles. Flexible, proactive and strategic thinking. Passion for improvements Key Responsibilities: Lead Cyber Security Strategies : Embed the OT cybersecurity standards and principles in GSK Pakistan Sites. Ensure secure and stable operations for the OT Systems. Lead OT security alerts at site and ensure timely completion. Lead automation design : Ensure the appropriate standards are applied for OT systems and OT cybersecurity on CAPEX projects and automation strategic projects. Accountable to deliver OT design compliant with OT cybersecurity standards. Maintain standards : Own technical standard guidelines for OT systems and solutions. Manage Automation solution & OT lifecycle: Monitor and assess new developments, industry trends, evolving regulatory expectations in area of expertise. Manage internal network of local experts and ensure sharing of best-practice and learnings in area of expertise. Maintain current knowledge of regulations and guidance, regulatory expectations, inspection intelligence, innovative / new technologies, industry standards and registered risks pertaining to area of expertise. Development and delivery of training materials for OT systems and cybersecurity standards Ensure that Automation & Control systems are reliable, robust, validated and conform to regulatory, GMP and Cyber Security standards. Introduce innovation : Develop and install new systems, where possible introducing new technologies, throughout the site to aid process performance, safety, and reliability. Why Us?
