In this role, you'll ensure smooth collaboration across our global teams and seamless communication among design, development, and DevOps teams. You will lead projects from their initiation to successful completion in a remote, team-oriented work environment that balances technical problem-solving, project coordination, and team communication. Job Requirements:
- Lead web development projects end-to-end in a remote setting.
- Serve as the key liaison between design, development, and DevOps teams.
- Manage Agile project workflows and sprints effectively.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to refine project workflows.
- Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Jira with proficiency.
- Collaborate and engage with an international team effectively.
- Ensure a reliable internet connection for seamless remote communication and project management.
- Front-end Technologies: Proficiency with React, Next.js, Remix, Tailwind CSS, HTML5.
- Back-end and APIs: Experience with GraphQL, Strapi, and API integrations.
- Cloud and DevOps: Knowledge of AWS, Cloudflare, and contemporary DevOps practices.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or Mercurial.
- CI/CD: Skilled in Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Testing and QA: Experience with testing frameworks and QA methodologies.
- UX Principles: Understanding of fundamental UX design concepts.
- Analytics and SEO: Insight into the application of Google Analytics and SEO strategies.
- AI and Automation Tools: Awareness of AI tools like ChatGPT-4 and GitHub Copilot.
- Design Collaboration: Competence in using design tools such as Figma.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in IT project management.
- A thorough grasp of web development technologies.
- Robust remote communication skills.
- A firm understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification would be an asset.
