To stay ahead of our competitors, EssenceMediacom has always positioned itself as a visionary partner for our clients, challenging them by honing in on ground breaking, future focused ideas based on in-depth insights and marketplace knowledge Job Description: • Based upon excellent knowledge of the client business, deliver the strategic direction and income for each of your client accounts specifically starting and contributing to potential new business. • The Strategic Account Director is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a project to the client’s satisfaction and within agreed scope and timelines. Also, manage several high-level client relationships, oversee multiple projects simultaneously and look for opportunities to expand existing relationships. Key Requirements: • Strategic Skills: Review project and media briefs to ensure overall strategic direction in on-targe. Communicate and disseminate client requests to internal teams and manage client expectations. Responsible for compiling brand strategies and provide overall strategic advice on brand communications. Strong analytical capabilities • Client Account Management: Build and manage senior client relationships. Deliver high standards of client satisfaction, measuring this through the measurement and analytics tools. • Operating and Technical Requirements: Analyze key issues and risks in the program and assess business impact. Assess and manage issues within, and across, multiple projects. Set project quality and performance standards. Drive effective communication of issues and risks to the client when relevant. • People Management: Drives succession planning for all roles within the team. To drive the EssenceMediacom brand through all people management activities, specifically amongst the future business leaders. Build a positive, collaborative working environment for the team. • New Business: Identify areas of possible business growth within existing client base and new clients • Financial Management: To set and direct the delivery of the income targets for each client. To manage and monitor the income from all clients.
