Job details
The ideal candidate must have experience on the Bodyshop Floor with excellent ability to calculate and assign tasks to the technicians that are best capable. Efficient, organised, self motivated and people friendly with great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude in every detail. The job is very rewarding with some hands on assistance needed when required to ensure excellent work flow.
- Ordering and taking delivery of all parts and sundries.
- Managing and rearranging the parts department and setting up office within
- Looking after the technicians needs.
- Assigning work loads and supplies for every job.
- Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager. Recording all communication and updating schedules throughout the job with dedicated software.
- Taking instruction from Bodyshop management and ensuring delivery targets are achieved.
