Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate insurance and reinsurance opportunities using metrics agreed with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and negotiate new insurance and reinsurance partnerships alongside sponsors.
• Coordinate the implementation of new insurance and reinsurance partnerships.
• Develop and lead the implementation of new services, products or operational improvements for the benefit of insurance partners.
• Support transversal initiatives that involve insurance partners across division.
• Drive synergies between partnerships.
• Manage and maintain commercial relationships with new and existing partners, ensuing adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the commercial health of existing relationships through regular interaction and review.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Economics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial sector, preferably insurance
• Sound knowledge and experience of international medical insurance and / or reinsurance partnerships
• Good sense Business and commercial acumen
• Ability to review and negotiate contract terms on behalf of company and insurance partners
• Proven organisational skills, strategic thinking and ability to understand the impact of change
• Meticilous to details and able to understand complex information and apply logical reasoning and assessment
• Strong interpersonal skill of communication and negotiation
• Self-directed and motivated, exhibiting a high level of initiative
