- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate and qualify leads, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including the production team to develop and implement effective and smooth executions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
