THE ROLE: This is a casual role and very hands-on with the main focus as a Floor Coordinator being to facilitate the smooth running of the live programs and studio floor in liaison with the Producer, Director and Presenter. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing general on-floor assistance
• Being the communication link between the director, on-air presenters, and guests - ensuring all are aware of the directions given
• Coordinating all crew and guests on the studio floor
• Supervision of studio floor, including ensuring sets are dressed, providing permission to enter, moving any equipment or props to minimize noise and disruption
• Sourcing of food, supplies, props and any other products necessary for the production of shows
• Assemble, set up, and where necessary test products to be used in the show
• Provide information and instruction to presenters, guests and models to ensure they are in the right place at the right time
• Fitting presenters and guests with microphones and IFBs
• Undertaking the final checks prior to broadcast to ensure program standards and objectives are met
