Key Responsibilities

• The Operation Manager shall possess managerial skills and technical qualifications and demonstrate the judgment, initiative, and motivation essential to maintaining operational control of the communications network and facilities.
• Primary duty shall be to manage a group of twenty or more technicians and engineers.
• The person shall be capable of assisting the KMOD (J6) in evaluating new technology and/or equipment upgrades and in developing future communication requirements.
• He must have five (5) years direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in Capital planning, budgeting and conformance
• Ability to work effectively within a cross functional and team-based environment.
• Experience in the end-to-end process of project planning, requirements management, risk management, documentation, design processes, test processes, and manufacturing

• Requirement open to all Nationals
• Minimum BS Engineering in work related field of study from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 10 Years Experience in Telecommunication Field and 7 years experience in Management, Installation, test, maintenance activities of communication systems and equipment.
