Responsibilities:Works in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems, work to improve structure and efficiency of an organization's I&IT systems.The I&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.Provides subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance. General Skills:Acts as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverableProvide the quality assurance/quality control of specific deliverablesAnticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding expectationsDevelops processes and procedures for implementing deliverablesPrepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans, etc.Works with clients to define the scope of a project and to determine requirementsDefines software, hardware and network requirementsAnalyzes I&IT requirements giving independent and objective advice on the use of I&ITDesigns, tests, installs and monitors new systems and develops solutions and implementation of new systemsFamiliar with change-management principles and methodologyKnowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practicesRequirementsExperience and Skill Set Requirements:Skill Set Requirements:Technical Knowledge and experience:Hands-on in EBS Upgrade especially from 12.1.3 to R12.2.10Hand-on experience in Cross-platform database and EBS migration.Hands-on experience in configuring EBS with SSO with knowledge of Webgate and Access gateExpertise in Database Administration with database 19c, ASM/RAC, RU DB & Grid Patching and excellent independent troubleshooting skills.Expertise in EBS Administration including Patching, Cloning, Java, and concurrent manager troubleshooting.Experience in Weblogic installation, administration, and Patching.Hands-on experience in Apache configuration, TLS 1.2, JWS. Methodology, testing, and troubleshooting:Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skillsExperience working in agile development environmentAbility to provide user and system documentation as requiredContribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with Solution designsCollaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, including designers, developers, architects, project managers, and QAPromotes industry standards and best practices with the product teams.Perform thorough code reviews including unit tests and ensure high quality of the software.Fix defects and support developers, testers and end users Planning, documentation, and communication:Prepare work plans with CYSSC Managers, report and adjust completion status, report issues and risks in a timely mannerWrite technical documentation that supports and thoroughly explains the architectureDeliver knowledge transfer sessions to the team on the work completed information services
