We are in search of a Senior Marketing Specialist who will provide marketing and communication support to our client. This position involves developing captivating marketing strategies and managing the leasing of purpose-built rental communities nationwide. Responsibilities include creating and refining social media content, overseeing social media campaigns, executing digital advertising efforts, supporting brand management, crafting visually appealing reports, and producing marketing materials and signage for both community and corporate settings.3+ years' experience in real estate-specific marketing and leasing support for purpose-built rental communities is required.This position can be based in Kelowna or remotely within BC.Responsibilities:Provide creative services: Graphic design, business package, marketing floor plans and videography.Manage the implementation of successful marketing campaigns.Identifies and analyzes competitor's information and maintains a research library for all projects.Organize promotional activities for new projects and office events.Keep up to date with the industry's latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities for all aspects of our business.Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.Support the Marketing Lead in executing and evaluating the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning, and organizing presentations, and updating timelines.Manage the creation of new client kits and sales/leasing materials.Educate/train and support employees on digital matters. Support employees in setting up and using LinkedIn/Instagram etc. to support the business.Support in the planning, advertising, and coordination of company events.Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, contact directory, filing system, and internet.Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and manage the creation of new materials as neededRequirements:Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Writing, Business or a related field (equivalent programs or experience will be considered).3+ years' experience in real estate-specific marketing and leasing support for purpose-built rental communities is required.Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Excellent writing skills.Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.Proven ability in Microsoft Excel (Charts, pivot charts, tables and formatting)Superior attention to detail with an eye for formatting.To apply, submit your resume via LinkedIn or email directly to Amy Hawksworth at Hawksworth@catchrecruitment.com Building Construction,Housing and Community Development,Real Estate
