We're seeking an accomplished and seasoned Team Lead to continue to propel our team forward.Job Description:Commercial Team Lead is a subject matter expert and is accountable for achieving the required business results through effective process, workflow, and quality management.Candidate must be an outstanding leader, have the ability to coach and mentor, and the patience and understanding that comes along with customer service and building relationshipsTeam Lead will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of major change initiatives.Candidate will work with the management team and employees to develop business strategies and implement and execute these plans by leveraging your team's talents and skills setsRole will require regular one on one meetings with direct reports and proactively managing succession plans for the teamWill be responsible for ensuring that the quality of service meets expected standardsWill examine the customer experience and implement tools and programs to enhance said experience.Position includes analyzing and resolving and service and sales issues that may arise and following up on escalated situations as required.Qualifications:5 years in commercial insurance 2 years with people managementHave a RIBO license in good standingPower Broker is an assetManagement experience within an insurance brokerageTrack record of influencing and leading a highly engaged teamCommunication skills (verbal, written and presentation)Team player and collaboratorA problem-solver who develops optimal solutions that maximize organizational performanceFSB INSURANCE LTD. is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
