Manager, Financial Reporting

They are seeking a designated CPA, qualified at a major public accounting firm and with IFRS experience.As Manager of Financial reporting, you will lead the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures. You will directly support the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of technical accounting standards, particularly revenue recognition and the ability to navigate complex accounting scenarios.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the preparation of group level consolidated financial statements and related filings ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.• Provide guidance and support cross functionally to ensure accurate and application of revenue recognition standards.• Support the Director of Finance to ensure all group level deliverables are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.• Coach/mentor a group of Senior Financial Analysts ensuring they understand their financial reporting related responsibilities.• Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of consolidated financial reporting.• Support external audit activities and assist with the resolution of audit findings related to revenue recognition.The Company is offering a competitive compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus with strong upside potential.
