CAMP is wholly owned by the Hearst Corporation, a leading global, diversified media, information and services company with more than 360 businesses.Come join our team and lead the development of game changing AHM services!ResponsibilitiesThe Aviation Maintenance Analysts (AMA) operates as a virtual extension of the customers' aircraft maintenance team. Customer engagement is paramount and the AMA is responsible for managing each assigned customer account. This includes ensuring that the customer's aircraft are up-to-date and maintained in the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform. Specifically, this includes monitoring aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and manufacturer recommendations, ensuring all customer provided maintenance compliance records and other data is processed accurately and in a timely manner, and applying their aviation technical knowledge in a manner that ensures the continued integrity of the customer's maintenance program. The AMA is viewed internally and externally as the subject matter expert as it pertains to the aircraft maintenance program, as well as the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform.Relationships are key and the AMA is expected to develop and promote positive customer relationships that includes providing proactive solutions to customer problems, communicating concepts in a clear and effective manner, and championing the overall customer experience by assuming full accountability for the execution and delivery of all related services.The candidate should have a strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation/aerospace programs and also be able to show past performance in successfully managing customer accounts.Qualifications2 to 10 years' Experience in Relevant Technical Field or Industry or Business, knowledge of aviation maintenance or manufacturing preferredEducation: BS or Equivalent, A&P certificate a plusRequired SkillsStrong analytical skills including the ability to work with large volumes of dataInnate ability to perform all activities with a customer-first mindsetAbility to work across teamsAbility to effectively communicate key findings and summarize insights and implications to future work or businessOrganized, detail-oriented, structured thinking and executionAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlinesHigh level of independent judgment and proactivityAbility to collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders (internal and external), including interacting, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organizationSelf-motivation, entrepreneurialism, high energy, and the ability to successfully function in a high-demand, performance-driven environmentAbility to communicate effectively to all audiences in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent, both verbally and in writingAbility to use MS Office SuiteEqual Opportunity Employer:CAMP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
