Deliver the Affiliate P&L in line with agreed financial and scorecard objectives, directing allocation of commercial resources to maximize various in-market and new brand growth potential opportunities or risks.Continuously review affiliate operating model, implementing changes to ensure it remains fit for purpose in strong collaboration with all functions.Co-ordinate knowledge and understanding of the local market(s) to drive sustainable, profitable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing Astellas' commercial goals.Develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships with key individual, institutional stakeholders and trade associations, acting as an ambassador for the Astellas corporate brand, its reputation, products and product value; secure access to patients in line with global strategy; increase value for patients.Consult and collaborate with matrix functional global & regional colleagues/teams to meet operational capability and performance needs across the affiliate.Lead the Affiliate management team, ensuring alignment across the organisation and engaging all stakeholders.
