Job details
Directs the delivery of allaspects of Living Quarters engineering (i.e., architectural,mechanical, Topsides, Jackets) detailed design, technical andexecution definition, procurement, installation, andtesting/commissioning.Ensures that relatedtechnical requirements fully comply with project requirements andeffectively collaborates and interfaces with PMT and EPC contractorengineers and operations personnel (as required) to ensure that theLiving Quarters scope of supply is fully integrated andoptimized.Provides leadership and expertise toLiving Quarters engineering Team and EPC contractor, vendors and/orengineering subcontractors, as required, to ensure qualityassurance and production timing of engineering deliverables is inaccordance with the approved project execution schedule andbudget.Manage timely delivery of technicalattachments and scope description of all LQ related purchase ordersand own the associated technical attachments and scope descriptionto all fabrication and constructioncontracts.Manage LQ engineering design inaccordance with the project's change management program andown the LQ engineering schedule and critical milestones (LLIprocurement, engineered equipment procurement; ROS dates, etc.);develop and steward recovery plans to address any schedule delaysand resolution of contractor's engineering claims, ifany.
