ResponsibilitiesPlay a pivotal role transforming ourcompliance function into a data-driven and efficient operation,leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, enhanceaccuracy, and minimize risk.Manage and overseethe day-to-day operations of the U.S. tax compliance function,including tax return preparation, filing, extension requests, andIRS interactions.Ensure the company'scompliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.Develop and maintain data quality standards andprocedures.Delegate work effectively, provideguidance and training to staff, and ensure quality control over allcompliance activities. Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith internal stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, and ITdepartments.
