Job details
Attend the Weekly progressMeetings (internal as well as with Client) and prepares the Minutesof Meetings.Review the project plan along withthe project planner/production engineers and prepare subcontractpackage for any works which require to beoutsourced.Review and update of any scope ofwork documents produced by the respective functional departmentsand identify changes and assist in preparation of changeorders.Coordinate and ensure that engineeringand associated drafting work is carried out by the respectiveoperational personnel in accordance with the specifications andschedule.Coordinate with the project qualitymanager to ensure that the work is being performed per the QCplans.Coordinate with senior productionengineers and offshore operations engineers day-to-day progress ofwork activities on the project, identify constraints and facilitatesolutions.Coordinate with the projectprocurement manager/coordinator to ensure that the materials aredelivered per the schedule by resolving technical queries asrequired.Ensure that lessons learned areimplemented by the project engineers, field engineers andproduction engineers and that lessons learned on the project aredocumented in the data base.Adhere to Companysafety standards and promote safety culture among the ranks acrossthe company.
