Job details
Manage security operations on a daily basiswith responsibilities including protection of hotel assetsassociates guests and property accident and fire prevention andresponse. Ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure.Maintain logs certifications and documents required by law andstandard operating procedures. Strive to continually improve guestand associate satisfaction while maximizing the financialperformance of the department. Be responsible for orientatingtraining motivating coaching developing the security team as wellas counselling and discipline whenrequired.Remote Work : No
