Digital Software Business Analyst / CSM for External Companies - Life Insurance Industry

Matric

Must have IT Software qualifications OR any other relative certificates in IT software development, OR Other

Must have gained experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle( SDLC ) IT Software Solutions is essential

Driver's License and own Transport

Must have working experience within the Life Insurance Industry - this is essential in Software Solutions.

Must have working experience as a Digital external IT Software Business Analyst / Client Services Manager for external Companies

** Experience working with internal IT Software development team to provide IT DevOps Software Solutions that the External Company's want to be developed **

Work with clients/Companies , +internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions

First line system support to clients

Manage and participate in Operational Meetings and reporting

Manage all External Company's project scope changes

Direct support to developers to clarify client requirements

Manage and participate in tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments

System and system environment administration, release management and configuration

General System, Process and Client Communication

Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity

Develop skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency

Salary range of around R40 000 - R45 000 CTC per Month (depending on years of experience regarding the requirements of this vacancy only)
