Senior Client Services Manager - Logistics and Supply ChainThis position is limited to BBBEE applications due to BEE requirements.Location: Midrand, Gauteng. (Travelling to Vanderbijlpark 3 x a week).A leading global supply chain group has a newly created position available for a Senior Client Services Managers .Position Overview:The Client Services Manager will form part of the dedicated team based at the Client's offices in Vanderbijlpark.The aim of the partnership is to implement an LLP solution with control tower capability to act as the integrated platform for efficient tactical planning of road logistics around rail availability and capacity and to achieve targeted cost and efficiency improvement initiatives.The Client Services Manager will be accountable to identify savings opportunities, implementing the opportunities and the financial tracking of the baseline, savings and gainshare realisation of the solutions.Key Performance Areas include:Identification and implementation of efficiency cost saving initiatives to reduce the cost baseline for the client.Completing budget and quarterly reforecasts.Financial tracking of the baseline, savings and gainshare of the partnership.People management - jointly responsible to appropriately staff the business unit.Quality Management - all systems and controls must be documented and managed to conform to the operational requirements.Support and help identify, define, and agree Supply Chain Optimisation projects with a targeted savings schedule.Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:B Eng Industrial or B Com Logistics.5 Years Service Management experience in a logistics / supply chain environment.Control Tower management.5-10 Years' experience in a Commercial Supply Chain field.Supply Chain and Project Management experience.Willing to travel to Vanderbijlpark at least 3 x a week.If youmeet all the requirementsspecified above and are interested to further the process, kindly send your detailed CV to Patricia Jacobsatpatricia@prosourcing.co.za
