We are seeking early to mid-career Engineers to join the Signature Management & Technology Team. At Raytheon, you will be part of a team whose responsibilities span the full lifecycle of the product- from initial conceptual design to modeling and analysis, from component to missile level RCS testing, and production support to maintainability.

We are currently looking for *Stealth / Low Observable / Radar Cross Section (RCS) / Signature Management / Survivability Engineers* to work on challenging, state of the art technical projects.
  • This position is in Tucson, AZ (Onsite)*
  • Responsibilities to Anticipate:*
  • The selected individual will document all activities pertaining to test preparation, data analysis, design trades, prediction results, and others.
  • You will work within integrated product teams and support all aspects of that team’s design efforts with some direction from Senior Low Observables Engineer
  • Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
  • Mentor early career engineers
  • Occasional travel for business, training, and conferences
  • Basic Qualifications:*
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar Engineering discipline
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in calibrating, operating, and troubleshooting instrumentation radars for far field RCS measurements.
  • Experience using RCS processing software for data analysis.
  • *Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.*
  • Preferred Qualifications:*
  • Experience operating and maintaining Resonant Sciences Radarman II instrumentation radar.
  • Experience operating near field radar systems.
  • Experience with range certification/registration process and management of the range handbook
  • Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
