QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. Degree is a plus),Having theoretical and practical experience in electrical motors, electric motors operation principles and electromagnetic design,Experienced and familiar with  electromagnetic CAE tools such as SPEED as well as Flux and Ansys/Maxwell, thermal CAE tool MotorCAD,Proficiency with standard office tools and MS Project, Familiar with small to medium volume manufacturing and assembly techniques for rotating electric machines,Good verbal and written communication skills in English,

JOB DESCRIPTIONTo design and analyze electric motors, especially permanent magnet synchronous motors for industrial applications and defence industry,To improve the performance of electric motors by parameter optimization for cost, performance and etc.,Prepare test schedules and reports after testing, verifying and validating the motor performance in lab,To work with production team to plan all aspects of production phases for prototype, pre-production and production,To work with mechanical engineers finalize electric machine design,To work with sales and customer care team members to provide technical solutions to the customer needs,Delivering design and test reports for the products, maintaining the commissioning activities for new product ranges and new designs until the serial production is deployed,
