What sets Iron Mountain Data Centers apart? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EMEA Regional EHS Manager to oversee the development and implementation of an effective Environmental Health and Safety strategy for our data centers and construction projects across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in mitigating risk, safeguarding personnel, company and customer information, physical assets, and the Iron Mountain brand. Your role in our mission

  • Develop and implement an effective Environmental Health and Safety strategy for Iron Mountain's data centers and construction projects in the EMEA region.
  • Execute daily management of the Iron Mountain Data Center (IMDC) environmental health and safety program to align it with IMDC and corporate objectives, policies, and standards.
  • Partner with contractors, vendors, and other functions within the assigned region to ensure the successful implementation of health and safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations, including local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to onsite EHS personnel and contractors.
Valued skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Numerous years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the Data Center or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective EHS strategies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
