Job Title: Head of Sales Location: Petaling Jaya Salary Range: RM10000-RM15000 Responsibilities: Dealership Operation Ensure that sales targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team, to set objectives and monitor progress Ensure development of robust sales, and application of Best-in-Class processes Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach Implementation of distinct standards in delivering a consistent consumer-focused retail experience Maintain good relationship with the principal, and its alliances Work respectfully with various stakeholders (both internal and external), towards developing and executing cross-functional activities in improving overall sales performance Deliver accurate and timely reports using appropriate sales tools and processes, and maintain all relevant information about customers, prospects, leads and campaigns Deliver reports such as segment & competitors’ performance, dealer activities, sales progress and forecasting Oversee the management of entire customer journey - from acquisition, consultation, test drive, order placement to new car delivery phase in accordance to the approved processes and standards Assist sales executives in closing deals and managing customer complaints, as the need Organize and manage showroom activities, and ensure compliance of showroom operations standards Develop a network that generate new prospects for the business Possess a comprehensive knowledge of competitors, to support internal sales strategy towards achieving commercial target Ensure correct use and full follow up of Salesforce and prospects data management Drive understanding of Dealer Composite Program within Sales department Manage and monitor inventory, to ensure proper vehicle stock level and age Ensure merchandise and personalization corner are well managed and up-to-date Promote and sell (if need be) events and activities to customers Management Ensure functional scorecards and dealer performance indicators are met (e.g., NPS) Active communication with Sales and Aftersales departments to ensure business alignment, and identify additional opportunities Monitor sales executives’ sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Monitor sales executives’ activities and ensure a timely, accurate follow-up with prospects Ensure the correct sales proposition of accessories and Extended Warranties Promote collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Aftersales Dept in order to grant the full support to sales targets in coordination with the General Manager Human Resource Motivate sales executives towards targets achievement Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them Manage hiring and resignations related to sales team, in coordination with COO Manage new sales executives’ orientation, target-setting and on-job-training Accountability of sales staff with most up-to-date training requirements for product and process Requirements: At least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, preferably with luxury/continental automotive brands with a proven track record Passionate in promoting brand uniqueness and providing premium service beyond Possess the values of responsibility, integrity, respect, and discipline Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Superb leadership ability Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are of an added value Knowledge in Salesforce.com will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
