  • Be part of the APAC core team for Sales Operations harmonization project; to map the process of sales operations in each country and BU for the assigned countries &/or areas. 
  • Support APAC Senior Sales Operations Manager in building up processes and tools for change management.
  • Lead all sales operations related process training for the assigned countries &/or areas. 
Key responsibilities
  • Support APAC Senior Operations Manager in strategic projects, providing requirements, information on sales processes and practices, conducting impact analysis, sharing pain points/opportunities and other responsibilities as they arise from such programs for the assigned countries &/or areas
  • Collaborate with commercial and functional teams to implement Commercial Excellence programs to drive competitive advantage and program management mechanisms/dashboards to track implementation and progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership team
  • Scope of processes for Sales Operations may include:
    • Pricing process
    • Rebate process
    • Product bundling process
    • Master data management
    • Contracting
  • Work with country teams to identify and map core processes of sales, sales operations (including interfaces with customer care, marketing, finance, and others) for the assigned countries &/or areas.
  • Prioritize the mapping of sales operations processes for the countries &/or areas assigned; standardize sales operations processes within the assigned country/areas, using APAC processes as the benchmark.
  • Set up project framework and provide guidance to the project managers as and when necessary, on managing the project.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements). 
Role requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in equivalent field required. 
  • Candidates should possess 6-8 years of relevant experiences in managing sales operation processes, preferably at a regional level.
  • Candidate with project management or project improvement working experience is preferable.
  • An excellent communicator with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • An exceptional high EQ with the ability to manage all levels of stakeholders and complexity within a matrix organization. 
  • Highly analytical coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with the ability to independently determine and develop various approaches to solutions. 
  • Meticulous and strong in process mapping and developing process roadmap on a regional platform.
  • Collaborative and brings about best practices in working towards a centralized function. 
  • Able to work on issues of moderate to complex nature where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. 
  • Business travels as needed.
