Job details

  • Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
  • Unpacking of orders received from optical stores 
  • Process customer orders that are placed by phone, email and fax
  • Manage and process all order details into the system:
    • Processing of all new orders received from customers 
    • Update information for VisuStore orders placed by customers
    • Operate tracing equipment to input frame data into VisuStore for remote edging 
    • Process any other orders such as replacement/complimentary/bonus goods
  • Ensure orders are input in the system and updated accurately
  • Update order status in the system until the order arrives
  • Perform invoicing and any tasks related to processing the orders
  • Ensure accuracy of each orders
Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma equivalent and above 
  • Related field work experience added advantage
  • Perseverance and positive attitude
  • Detailed orientated and work with high level of accuracy 
  • Savvy and quick to learn IT related platforms
  • Fluent verbal communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Chinese added advantage
  • Must be hands on and able to work in fast-pace environment with good time management skills
