YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

JobSummary: This role is to provide leadership anddirection at regional level to country & local logistics operation team tomeet established BES objectives and standards, which may include but notlimited to:

• Formulate regional transport optimization strategies, to ensure optimal transport efficiency and cost-effectiveness,
• Supervise the execution of country & local logistics operation activities to align with the compliance, regulatory and safety requirements.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Understand relevant laws andregulations at country and local levels across APAC region, oversee and provideguidance on daily operations in accordance with legal requirements, and environmental sustainability.
• Understandand supervise the compliance standards of logistics transportation safetymanagement according to country and local regulations across APAC region,assuming responsibilities for logistics transportation safety protocols, andfacilitating adherence to pertinent logistics safety standards.
• Develop transport optimizationstrategies for APAC region, establish a management framework, formulate logisticstransportation policies, and refine logistics transportation processes to meet andalign with the requirements of BES business strategies.
• Coordinate the logisticslayout in APAC region according to business development needs, aiming forcontinuous optimization of supply and cost reduction. Improve supplier system, provide guidance to country & local team to optimizelogistics layout and routes, to control logistics costs, and enhance thequality of logistics transportation services.
• Collect, compile, and audit country& local logistics transportation budgets and expenses on regular basis.
• Conductcomprehensive evaluations and management of regional logistics transportationprojects in alignment with BES business requirements, instituting toll gates asnecessary and extending support where required.
• Undertakethe integration and execution of post-merger and acquisition logisticstransportation strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with organizationalobjectives and operational efficiencies.
• Other responsibilities asassigned.

YOUR PROFILE

Education : Bachelor’sdegree and/or above Experience : Minimum10 years’ professional experience in distribution sector logistics and fleetmanagement with track record in excellence, project implementation Others :

• In-depthknowledge and experience in transportation and logistics industry in theAsia-Pacific region.
• Excellentcommunication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate withvarious stakeholders at all levels.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, able to make decisions based on data andbusiness needs.
• Proficiencyin the use of technical tools and systems, including but not limited totransportation management systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively ina multicultural environment and collaborate with teams across differentgeographies.
• Excellentproject management skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects andpriorities.
• Goodcommand of English communication skills, fluency in Chinese would be considereda plus.
