Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a brand outlet store
- Manage store's sales team, ensure exceptional customer service and maintain optimal inventory level accordingly
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maintain the store reputation
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display and ensure smooth operations of the store
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by store staff along with legal health and safety guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Prior knowledge of retail management best practices is a plus
