Marketing Executive - Co. Kildare We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive on behalf of our client firm, based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is an onsite role, as required for a dynamic company and as such the successful candidate must be living, or willing to relocate to within commutable distance of Naas, Co. Kildare. Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated track record in a marketing executive or similar capacity.
  • Preferably possess a tertiary qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning principles and industry-leading marketing strategies.
  • Creative prowess in crafting website, brochure, and digital media content.
  • Strong work ethic, capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Practical knowledge spanning process management, business operations, and commercial functions.
  • Dynamic self-starter with inherent motivation and ambition.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and various marketing software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, web analytics, including LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Wordpress.
  • Knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team to meet individual and organizational targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen.
Personal Profile:
  • Conceptualize and formulate effective and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess trends, brand recognition, and competitive landscapes.
  • Initiate and oversee surveys to gauge trends, brand recognition, and competitive activities.
  • Craft compelling copy for a variety of marketing initiatives including brochures, press releases, website content, social media posts, thought leadership pieces, with a focus on enhancing SEO and brand visibility.
  • Supervise and optimize Google ad campaigns to enhance click-through rates.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to facilitate collaborative promotional efforts.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing and sales campaigns utilizing various metrics and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the management team in developing marketing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to provide market insights, support channel partners, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in the company's innovation program by offering feedback from distributors, customers, and market insights on end-user needs, customer challenges, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Deliver regular progress updates and reports to the management team.
