If you have what it takes to work with us, apply today. Position Summary: The MiMo Construction Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the activities for move in, move out under their ownership. The MiMo Construction Coordinator is responsible for the day to day running of the decrating facility. The MiMo Construction Coordinator will report to the MiMo Project Manager and will take responsibility for implementation of the plans developed by the Project Manager. The MiMo Construction Coordinator is focal point of all activities/DCF for the respective Functional area (“FA”) or Tool install area. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Accountable for safe and quality Move In/Out of tools, Pedestals and components to the CR and Sub-Fab without any interruption to the Fab production.
• Lead the move-in/out walk-through and directly supervise all Move-in/out activities.
• Plan and prepare relevant documentation: SIPP, Work Plan, Risk assessment.
• Remove roadblocks and escalate unresolved issues.
• Supervise Pedestal Move-in and Installation. Perform pedestal quality inspection prior to move to CR and escalate to Pedestal Integrator or Structural Engineer if quality defect recognized.
• Spend the majority of the daily routine in the field to provide immediate solutions and supervision.
• Participate in the Move-in coordination meeting.
• Enforce 100% adherence to MIMO schedule.
• Ensure 100% compliance to e-Fit timeline and raise the flag if there is a risk of impact to production. Responsible for compliance to IDP guidelines and awareness
• Prepare and improve BKM’s together with the Project Coordinator for specific tools and/or activities.
• Drive IFC culture within contractors’ population
• Schedule and Facilitate tool 2-week Pre-Walk as directed by the Logistics PM.
• Walks, inspects and Ensures pathways are free of debris and obstacles.
• Logs AR to TO & PIT’s responsibility to ensure that pathways are clear via the MiMo Requests Module and emails all stakeholders
• Verifies AR’s have been completed 72 hours before tool move
• Send tool owners Data Sheet (App H) to Rigger/Crater if tool is a Demo
• Escalate any issues impacting Tool moves to all relevant stakeholders
• Receive tools Daily at dock
• Tracks all tool Move in Move out via AIO
• Tracks all tool schedules via AIO
• Notifies Tool Owners of arrival time via daily mail from Logistics team
• Coordinates with Rigging contractors for all Tool Moves as directed by the Logistics PM.
• Coordinates Tool Logistics Movement
• Communicates to Logistics Team all tool activities i.e., ABCXXX (Tool Docked, Tool Un-crated, Tool in Elevator, Tool Set etc. and any issues)
• Coordinates tools move ins as directed by the Logistics PM.
• Correctly stores all paperwork and records in a shared location for reference
