About the Role: Working closely with our commercial and engineering teams, the Head of Marketing role is critical in transforming an understanding of the technical elements of our offerings into the key benefits and values that will capture the hearts and minds of our key audience. The Head of Marketing role will be central in sharpening our commercial propositions, driving awareness and being a key contributor to the achievement of the company’s ambitious growth plans. By taking a lead position on key marketing decisions and leading a team of ambitious marketing executives and product owners, this role will drive brand awareness across the region and play a crucial role in aligning our marketing efforts with the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Tate’s Data Centre Marketing Strategy and work with local teams and agencies to execute to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the global Tate brand and marketing communications approach for specific key channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts, execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand product features, benefits and technical aspects, translating them into compelling marketing messages.
  • Lad the creation of marketing collateral including sales materials, product documentation and digital assets.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets, products, touchpoints, and channels.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI on marketing investments to achieve desired results.
  • Review and analyse market trends, the competitive landscape, customer insights and advancements in digital technology to refine and inform key marketing decisions and strategies and to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using data to drive decision-making and optimise performance.
  • Ensure that full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.
  • Support local Tate Europe as well as APAC region marketing requirements as well as being a team player to support group or divisional projects as they arise.
  • Lead and mentor a team or marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment and drive the capability of the local marketing team to support local execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in marketing leadership roles, either agency or in house preferably within the data centre, SaaS, tech or construction industries.
  • Experience in executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the capability to take the lead as a local Salesforce ambassador.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst being a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and self-manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel regularly across Europe and beyond.
