Morgan McKinley are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-national organisation as a Business Development Manager in Galway. This a new role for an expanding company with great career progression and benefits. The Business Development Executive is responsible for seeking new sales opportunities in Europe. Clients are typically equipment manufacturers, service providers, distributors, manufacturer reps, labour unions and placement services who sell products and services into the industrial market. Duties:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • The role is located on-site Monday to Friday
Requirements:
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional selling opportunities
  • Passionate about developing customer partnerships
  • At least 3-5 years of consultative sales and account management
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise the sales activity
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Highly ambitious technology enthusiast looking for career development
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
