Job Title: Project Director - Residential Projects Salary: £100,000 Location: East London Company Overview: Join a leading UK multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy based in East London. Our client stands out as an independent practice in the region, offering a comprehensive suite of services covering the entire property lifecycle. With a focus on building services, the firm specialises in delivering commercial and residential projects across London. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of residential Project for HNWI, esteemed developer, and equity fund residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and refurbishments. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met with the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct and manage project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to achieve project success.
- Conduct comprehensive building surveying duties, including pre-acquisition surveys, defect analysis, and risk assessments.
- Execute Project Management duties with precision, including Employee Agent responsibilities, contract administration, and tendering processes.
- Manage projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Oversee both Design & Build and traditional contract management methodologies, ensuring compliance and optimizing project outcomes.
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience within the residential sector, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire project teams.
- Extensive expertise across all RIBA stages, coupled with a deep understanding of the residential project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Design & Build and traditional contract management methodologies, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Previous experience as an Employee Agent is essential, with a history of successful project administration and client management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications and professional certifications are highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in the field.
