Acting as a strategic business partner to our regional Tableau sales team, the Director of EMEA Field Marketing impacts pipeline generation and maturation through the creation and execution of a regional field marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities, growth targets, and in partnership with the broader Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams. Responsibilities :- Develop and implement a strategic field marketing plan for the EMEA region that supports sales objectives and growth targets.
- Lead through impact and influence the EMEA Tableau field marketing team, encouraging a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with EMEA Tableau sales leaders to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies and to support the sales pipeline and revenue goals.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, events, and programs that actively engage customers and prospects across the EMEA region.
- Measure and analyze the efficiency of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future campaigns and achieve maximum return on investment.
- Influence the EMEA field marketing, campaigns, and Media Lab budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to high-impact activities.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and tactics as vital.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Champion the Salesforce brand in the EMEA region, ensuring consistency with global branding guidelines while tailoring approaches to meet local market needs.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within field marketing or a related area.
- Proven record of developing and driving successful marketing strategies in the EMEA region.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading through impact and influence diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, customer segments, and sales cycles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce products.
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
