The ideal candidate as a Finance Associate will be responsible for working with the Finance Manager to assist in end to end finance related operations, and providing regular financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Assist in financial meetings
- Assist in financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting
- MAS Quarterly/Annual Regulatory Reporting, MAS Surveys/Questionnaires
- Housekeeping of Own Investment and Funds' Management Shares
- Manages/prepares Statutory, Internal Audits and Tax Audits Reporting
- Perform Corporate Secretariat functions such as Board Resolutions, AGM and ACRA reporting, maintenance of ACRA records, Housekeeping of Contracts/Agreements
- Computation/Disbursement of Distributor/Introducer fees
- Computation and Collection of Management Fee
- Support to Operations as required occasionally, e.g. Trade Settlement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- With 1-2 years of relevant experience would be preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
